BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA - Humming Bee Breath
Not strictly speaking a pose but an important practice for all round personal and family unity, try the natural, instant calming effect of the humming bee breath. This can also
help bring relief from frustration and anger. Find a comfortable seated position maybe on a block or cushion. Close your eyes, close your mouth and gently part teeth, soften your forehead and jaw. Inhale placing your index fingers on cartilage that partly covers ears as you exhale gently press down whilst making a humming sound for as long as is comfortable repeat. Try starting with just a couple of minutes twice a day and see what a difference it makes to you (also great for children). Enjoy!
